# Scheduling

The easiest and most reliable way to get more meetings scheduled is to train the AI agent to provide a calendar link that users can click and schedule a meeting.

The more advanced option is to enable in-chat scheduling. This will connect your AI agent directly to a Google calendar and work with the users to find the best available time. Please note, that this is an experimental custom function. Changing or updating the prompt may cause scheduling to not work.
