# Overview of Lead Generation

Lead generation allows you to extract data from users when they interact with the AI Agent.

Within the context of Agent Supply there are 2 ways of generating leads.

Collect in Form before starting a conversation.

When you use this option a form will be shown to users that they will have to answer in order to start a conversation with a AI Agent.
